Read old messages
Does 7 cups delete old messages is there any way to read the whole chat?
@greatfulCreature95 Hello! Unfortunately, there is no way to go back and read the whole conversation you've had with someone. Only the last 10 messages are shown.
In addition to what @TranquilSkye30 said: If, during a chat, you keep the chat window open and don't change between chats (so if you do not reload the page/chat window in any way), you will be able to read back to the beginning of the current chat. However, if you close the tab, and reopen it, it will show only the last 10 messages.
If I am chatting with multiple listeners, I usually open one tab for each listener, so that I can look back at what they have said. A lot of the time, this enables me to help them more quickly :)
I do this as well! It helps be able to reference previous messages as well.
