Reasons to Stay Alive
Hi everyone! Not sure if anything like this has been already created, but I thought this thread would be helpful for people struggling with suicidal thoughts
Here's three of my reasons to stay alive:
1) My family needs me
2) There are more books to read
3) There's more YUMMY FOOD TO EAT :)
Write as many reasons as you want!
P.S. This was inspired by the book 'Reasons to Stay Alive' by Matt Haig. It is an AMAZING book, go check it out :)

Saw posts about self-care and reasons to be grateful but never saw that one ;)
Mine are:
1. I don't want to cause pain to those who care about me and value me in their lives
2. I want to bring more to the world
3. There's something good in everyday and we never know what will happen tomorrow :D

Brother
1. I don't want to be selfish and cause pain to the people who care about me just to end my suffering.
2. I don't want to leave the world without doing something useful in my life.
3. Again, people who care about me. If I gave up people would either move on or get heart broken. I don't want either of those to happen really...
4. I promised a friend of mine to not give up on my life. She was like an older sister to me but passed away recently, but I plan to keep my promise in her memory.
5. I want to become a game designer, web developer or an artist... I intend live long enough to achieve my dreams...
There isn't much more than that... Stay safe everyone :)
1) I wanna be there for my family since I don't know what I'd do without them
2) I want to prove to myself that I'm worth this life that I've been given because I often feel I don't deserve it
3) I want to find out how its like to be truly happy
I hope that everyone is pulling through despite how hard life can be. Stay strong, everyone.
