What means "referral clicks"? I haven't before heard such a word. And the group chats. How I can make them?

Thanks,

NeoonRainbow

Hello! You can see both of them in your dashboardpage. ;)

ThoseReferral Clicks come from users who click on your PersonalReferral Link (which is a link you share to earn rewards & help 7cups to support more people). When people click on your link it shows up as to you as a referral click - at least from what I gather.

The chats are also in yourdashboardpage, right under the search bar on the left.

Oh and Kane's FAQ is full of tips for us, so you can check that out. :D

I hope I helped you a little bit.

Hugs ~

~~Hello Neoon !

Well you get referral clicks by posting that link on your dashboard on the left and sharing it with your friends to reffer to 7 cups of tea.

Group chats are the discussions that you join in group support and in order to get more group chats in your impact you have to send at least 25 messages in the depression support, waiting room and share your story.

Welcome to our7 cups of tea community and hope you will do well !

Take care !

The guys above have explained what the Personal Referrals are.

As for group chats, they become available for Teens at 5pm GMT to 5am GMT. However, I believe that in the future, they are going to make it so that it's open 24/7. You can enter these group support chatrooms by clicking on the "Group Support" tab next to the "1-On-1" tab. However, be aware that Referrals in the group chatroom are for suicidal users and you click the refer button to bring them to suicide hotlines. Best of luck listening and welcome to the team :)
