As far as I know you can report them in the chat rooms, there's a button just under their comment

Yeah, like honesttown887 said, in any of the chatrooms the report function is next to their respective comments. In a one on one chat, instead, the option is to block or ban a listener with a place to provide a reason. I'm not sure how to provide a reason when you click report in a chatroom, but I think it'd be similar.
