you can only rate or review someone through your member account, once you have chatted with someone through your member account it will direct you to a page where you can rate and review
nothing led me to his/her profile....and i 'd really love to give a good review to someone who deserves it
@DreamOnKS, when you are chatting with another listener as a member, after an exchange of 30 messages a yellow star will appear under the send icon. Click on this to review your listener. If the listener is being rude/inappropriate you can also give a negative feedback about the chat. If less than 30 messages have been exchanged, and the listener is being rude/inappropriate you may block them , and give negative feedback about the chat in the dialog box that appears.
