Spammers
Something I saw in the Welcome Room earlier was a good suggestion by a member; that Ive seen thrown around the room before and Iveasked in the listener rooms a very long time ago. If a person sends more than ten or so messages in a row, then can they be muted like if a mod had done it?
Raids; on the welcome room especially, are quite frequent and make the room almost unusable. Also could it be worth looking into increased security for the chats?

I've noticed a few times in the depression room someone spams or hacks in. Leaves multiple inappropriate messages and the system freezes. Really annoying, sometimes a trigger for people. Usually takes a couple minutes for the system to reboot.
We do try to keep the chat room a safe and hospitable place for everyone. As far as safety is concerned, words that can trigger get bleeped out, moderators are there most of the time to check on people's behavior and to help out the people in there. There is not much improvement needed in terms of safety, as far as I believe. We are trying to get more chat rooms so that everyone's problem is heard but the main problem we're having is scarcity of moderators. So plz co-operate.
Sorry that isnt what i meant. I understand the strain on the site and the admin, I was wondering if we could have better encryption and security on the chats themselves so they arent so easily hacked.
