Suspended account
My account got suspended (gray24) and I don't know why. I emailed support and haven't gotten a response. I've helped a lot on here and there are a few people I talk to repeatedly that I now have no way of contacting them. What can I do to get my account back? I think this is unfair because I haven't done anything wrong and now all the people especially one that I've talked to for weeks everyday won't be able to get ahold of me.
Ive heard sometimes that if you speak out suicidal thoughts on the web site, they suspend ur account to encourage u to seek professional help instead of coming here. Could that have been the case maybe?
I didn't speak about suicidal thoughts. Hopefully I can find out what's going on though.

I'm so sorry that you've lost your account with little warning, and for the resulting distress that that's caused you. Hopefully you should have received an email explaining why, but emailing to ask was definitely the right thing to do.
You said that you emailed support? If so (support@7cups.com), is for technical site problems, it's community@7cups.com that is used for account related questions and concerns. The volume of incoming emails is pretty high, so it might be a few days before the community managers are able to respond to you, but please know that they do care, they're just incredibly busy.
