Switching accounts
I am a member but I also have a listener account. Would it be ok to use the latter to reach out to another member that seems to be in distress? Or I should never let other people know the correspondance between my two accounts? Also, can I use the same profile picture? This again would make me recognisable I guess... I do not want to break the rules. Thank you!
@admaiorasemper hello there! Glad you asked. We give importance to anonymity and boundaries so we tend to ask people not to reveal either of their accounts while using the other.
It'd be great if you'd keep yourself anonymous and not use the same profile picture but of course, you're welcome to give support to any members while you're on your listener account.
There's just a lot of issues (such as behavior on either accounts, users not respecting your roles when you're on L account, taking advantage of you, etc.) arising when you compromise your anonymity and you don't set boundaries as they can use that against you. I hope you understand and this clear things up for you. ❤
