Technical Glitch? Lost all my notes
Hi, and glad to be here and glad you are too. Has anyone else had the experience of losing all their notes? Or does a different set of notes show up when one signs on as a listener than do when one signs on as a MEMBER? Thanks!
I'm not too sure about the first one. It so happened that I had 2 notes tabs open at some point and by saving one, and not the other, I ended up losing some information, but I'm still iffy on that. With regards to the second one, I think that's probably the case. It would make sense for a listener account to maintain only the listener notes and vice versa. Just my thoughts.
@inthegarden idk if this piece of info helps but i still have my notes. I only have a Member account though. I do not have a Listener account.
So as it turns out, there are tow sets of notes. All my notes are there when I log in as a listener. Whew. Thanks to both that responded.
