Technical support?

I have been looking for a link to technical support on the site and can't seem to find it anywhere...
When I try to post a review for a listener I get redirected to a blank page with the following text:
{"ack":"error","error":"Listener not found."}
I have tried this with a number of different listeners and have had the same results
does anyone know how to fix this?
