Why the long wait?
I'm waiting to chat 1 on 1, its been over 30 minutes. I've tried several listeners. Its my first time. Is it always like this?
That doesn't usually happen. Try hitting the next available listener button, or checking if the listeners are online.
@mamabird ... Welcome to 7 cups. I'm sorry about the long wait. The wait isn't usually that long but I'm thinking there are more requests than the number of listeners that are online. Have you tried looking thru they listeners and messaging them. Or maybe go to the rooms and see if there are listeners there. I kno I'm a member but would you like to chat here (in the forum) with me?
I'm sorry to hear about that, the time that you requested a listener might be a factor. The later in the night/earlier in the morning it is, the less listeners are online and free to chat. I hope this doesn't happen to you again😊

We are really sorry for the long wait but we do try our best to get to every listener. Often there can be anything between 30 to 60 general requests and it can be difficult getting through them all in a timely manner. I suggest you send a personal request to a listener or join one of our support chatrooms if you feel that you're waiting too long.
