How can I change my user name ?

You may change your username up to 2 weeks after creating an account. If you are under the two week mark, please go to your account settings page and you will easily be able to change your username. All changes are logged to your profile.
Note: Your regular contacts may not be able to find you after you change your name. To avoid confusion, make sure to communicate that you have changed your name to your regular 7 Cups contacts.
If you would like to request a name change after two weeks, you must provide a valid reason. To make this change, please email to community@7cups.com, include your current name, the email address associated with your account and 3 preferred updated names. Additionally, provide a brief explanation for the name change request. Title your email: Username Change Request
Hi @limePlane1682 to access your prevoius chat with listeners, you could go to your chat history (on the left side tab "1-on-1"). Scroll down or up to find the chat you want to access. Once you've found it, click on it and you wil be able to reconnect with your listener.
