i have a question about being muted

My question is why is my account muted after putting in a complaint about 2 rooms on here ,being horrible places ,where people are extreamly rude ,swear at you ,and attack you in numbers ? I didnt realise you accepted that kind of behavior on here ,sorry i complained about it in the first place anyway .

That kind of behaviour is not accepted on 7 cups. Sorry to hear you had to go through it. Have you tried personal muting or using the report feature? It is also encouraged to email the community to report these incidents. You can also email the community if you feel your warnings are not justified.
