what should i do with someone telling me that he doesn't want his life anymore i think that he is going to commit suicide ?

Refer the individual to the National Suicide Hotline (1-800-273-TALK, I believe). They have trained professionals who can provide help.

he told me that now he is fine and he'll se a therapist soon, so do i have to mention this ?

Just let them know you are there for them and remind them of who loves them and how much it would hurt their family and friends. Tell them you're always there to talk and recommend they see a professional about their suicidal thoughts. Let them know there is a suicidal hotline if they are feeling very tempted. The important thing is to be there for them
