Green light means that member is online.
Red light means the member is offline.
- Members do not have the ability to set their their status although, listeners have the ability to do that.
- Listeners can set their status to Online, Busy, and Offline.
If a listener has a blue boundary around their profile picture on their profile (7cups.com/@EnterUsernameOfTheListener), they are online and means that they are able to listen and provide emotional support to the members/guests.
If the boundary color is orange, it means that the listener is busy and might take a while to reply. It can also mean that they are not accepting requests from members/guests but can schedule a chat.
And if the boundary color looks grey, it means that the listener is offline or is not able to take member/guest chats.
You can also see the status of the users you have had a conversation with in your Chat list. Green is online, orange is busy and red is offline.
