I've been trying to get one on one help and every time I try, it keeps loading but nothing comes up.

After testing this myself, I've realised that it is a common issue where the waiting time is sometimes longer than the 2 minutes which the site suggests. It's just a matter of listeners who need to accept your request which is taking a while. In peak times, some requests may never get answered. The best you can do is to keep trying, or to Browse Listeners and individually request listeners that are "Online" at the time.
