Hello, I am wondering about reviews. It shows I had 7 people who reviewed me however, their is nothing written in the square. In addition, my last member said she wanted to give me a great review but could not see the star.

You're right, it does show you have 7 reviews, however when you are reviewing a listener as a member, you have 2 options, you can either just click the starsor you can leave a written review. So they probably just clicked on your stars! :) Furthermore, written reviews get screened before getting posted publicly, so sometimes there could be a small delay from the point of when they are written until they are posted.
