what does (M), (G) and (L) mean?

at the bottom of my messages with a "listener" it says(M), (G) or (L) and i was jsut wondering what that means?

Hi. :)

M means Member, G means Guest and L means Listener.

A guest account (is assigned automatically and doesn't require a password) is a temporary one that a person can use for personal support whereas a member account can be used for personal support in a 1-1 with a listener, in group support rooms and forums. It gives the user full access to the resources available on site.
