Internet Safety For Teens!!

1. Keep your personal information private! Do not give out your address, full name, school, address, etc.

2. Social media can be wonderful and we connect to so many lovely people and that is awesome as long as you are captious with who you are speaking to.

3. If anyone is pressuring you to do stuff you are uncomfortable with, avoid them

4. If anyone ever asks invasive questions about personal information or if a sexual nature, block them. If it continues, tell an adult as soon as possible.

5. False identidies are common in chat rooms and on social media pages. As said before, be catious who you talk to on social media

6. Be aware of fake news and always double check your sources!

7. Seek resources! There are many places online with resources on how to keep teens safe on the internet!
