Worth It 🫧

Hey everyone! I’m starting a little self‑esteem series. 🩵

Each day I’ll talk about one thing that can quietly affect self‑esteem - the kind of stuff that’s hard to explain, but still real and valid.

Here’s Day 1~

💠 What’s something that happened to you that didn’t feel fair… but you still ended up taking the blame for anyway?

It doesn’t have to be huge or dramatic;
🔹sometimes it’s a comment that stuck with you.
🔹sometimes it’s someone brushing you off.
🔹sometimes it’s being blamed for something you didn’t do.
🔹sometimes it’s a moment where you felt misunderstood or talked over.

A lot of us carry things quietly, even when they weren’t our fault. Not because we’re weak, but because it’s hard to know what to do with moments that hurt.

You’re not alone in that, and you’re not “too sensitive” for feeling it.

If you feel comfortable sharing, I’m here to listen. 💙

Hello @colorfulPanda8664.

TRIGGER WARNING ⚠️

Because I am mentally ill some in my family hype my illness into something it's not...

They accuse me of blacking out and going around sabotaging them.(with no proof whatsoever)  For example: putting sugar in somebody's gas tank.

@AsherTree

That’s a lot to deal with. Getting blamed for stuff you didn’t do is really unfair, especially when there’s nothing backing it up. Nobody deserves to have that put on them. 🤍

@colorfulPanda8664

I sometimes find myself apologizing to others to keep the peace, even when I wasn't at fault.

This can be hard,and I'm learning not to do it.

@Amanda84

I get that. It’s tough unlearning that habit when keeping the peace used to feel safer. It’s good you’re starting to pull back from apologizing for things that weren’t on you. 💛
