Exhaustion into self-doubt.
I haven't been like this in a while now but I've been so overwhelmed and overworked by my job that it's been taking effect on me. I got to school in the morning and I work late at night. I only have so much time to myself per day. Most of the time I just simply want to just sit down because im standing all day. I have about 3 months left until I'm graduated from my school. But my exhaustion has gotten the better of me and I feel finished. Like I'm not good enough or I'm not doing enough even though I'm giving 130% of my time and effort into my career. Does anyone have any advice or good tips on how to break through this feeling? I thought scout taking off an extra day for myself in the middle of my week so I can have some peace but I'm so close thay part of me also kinda wants to tough it out until then.

One of the best things I've heard about the Alcoholics Anonymous is that they tend to use a rule called HALT. The more letters of this word you see, the more you should stop and reflect. It is from feeling Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired - all those can make us feel like inferior versions of ourselves, or not feeling like ourselves at all.
Do you think you might be "just" exhausted? I see a lot of difference between how I feel after a 4-hour night sleep without a nap during the day, and after a nap.
Yes actually, I found out after having a day off today that I feel more whole to myself and relaxed as opposed to stressed and anxious after how much I work. And normally I don't have time to take a nap ever. I've stopped and reflected many of times but I mean I feel a lot better after my day off as I said. I at least try to cook for myself and I have full meals with healthy food groups. I don't really feel lonely because I have my boyfriend and he's the love of my life and my rock if I need him. And I don't nessisarily feel "angry" either. I work 10 hour days almost everyday between school and work, I stand all day and I drive 2 hours every day. I feel like I am just generally exhausted but I'm feeling much better now after some rest, I have 3 months left and it should be easier for me from there. Thank you for the suggestion! ☺️
