Hello everyone! Just wanted to ask a little question
Hey! I'm new here and English isn't my native language, so... sorry for any grammar mistakes. 😅
So, what would you do if you considered someone your best friend, and wanted to tell them exactly that, but were too anxious and thought they didn't see you the same way?

Hello 😊 Indeed, when you tell somebody he or she is your friend, especially your best friend, they may feel obliged, or they may have a different vision of who they are (just a good schoolmate/workmate or a random person who wanted to help).
It seems you already have doubts about not making anyone feel uncomfortable, so maybe it could be good to tell it in a more indirect way?
Here are a few examples that come to my mind (maybe you could "translate" it to the language used now by young people in your country):
"Thank you. I guess I couldn't do that without your help."
"It was nice to meet you again. In such a good company time is passing by so fast."
"It's (always) good to talk with you."
