How Do You Deal With Feeling Of Self-doubt?
Self-doubt is something that's been bugging me for a while now. I have tried opening up to people and it has helped but I want to see what other people do.
@BIGHUNTER2 For me self-doubt has mostly been about the things I deserve and the hard work I’ve put in for those things. I come crashing down when I don’t see the results, and it always serves as a lesson for whatever I want to achieve next. What helps me is standing my ground against such doubts, asking questions, and not accepting the answer that 'it is destined to be.' It's exhausting but it works long enough to keep me from being swayed from everything I need to do to get the results.
I practice a lot of positive affirmations too, I feel for me it's mostly about my mindset and the negativity of the past. So some positivity helps a lot :) <3

Ah, I see where you're coming from. For me, it's also about the things I deserve and the work I put it but I doubt myself at random times, not just when I don't see results. I don't know if I've been doing it wrong but talking myself just doesn't work for me. I will try again and give it more time. Thanks for sharing, have a good day!
@BIGHUNTER2 yes ^-^ not all doubts are related to some results. What situation does it feel more common in? I get that it's common to have self doubt in social situations as well.
It's totally okay if talking to yourself doesn't work, everyone is unique so that makes sense. I'm glad you have people you can talk to this about<3
Thanks for asking first of all, means a lot more to me than you might initially think. Anyways, it feels random but there is one factor that plays a big role. Whenever I feel really content, everything is going well, and I'm happy, doubt never crosses my mind. The more discontent I am, the more likely I am to doubt again (I just realized that this is basically common sense, dunno why I added this). It feels like such a straightforward problem to solve but it doesn't feel that way which makes it quite frustrating. Thanks again.
@BIGHUNTER2 You're so kind :)
Thank you very much. Maybe I'm not doing so bad after all. It's just that when you're in the moment, it's hard to think straight. By the way, might sound stupid, but thanks for that very first sentence, I appreciate it a lot.
@BIGHUNTER2 not at all<3 we're all learning. And I'm just appreciating what I see :) I hope you get to see all the positive things in yourself and believe them as well.
I won't try anymore, I'll do it.
@BIGHUNTER2 That's awesome:D
