I don't like me.
I don't trust anyone that says they do either. I'm a 34F and failed at literally everything in life. My mind sabotages good things because they're too good to be mine. It's done it to any good things in my life. Maybe I should just stay well away from anything better than what I have because my mind will just ruin it anyway.
@ASingleBlueRose 🙁 out minds can be cruel to us 🙁 it's not always easy to see the good things when we are our own biggest ctitic, bless you 🙁 I don't like myself either alot of the time, but if you slow down, practice gratitude just 1 thing your grateful for that day really helps change your mind set. Also lower your expectations, if you have no expectations then everything will be a good thing 💖 gives you a giant tiny hug 💗
Hey! I completely understand and I’m so sorry you’re feeling like this. I struggle with self-sabotaging thoughts as well. For me, finding and appreciating the little things and the big things, no matter how unexpected or “undeserved” they feel, has really helped, and also naming 5 specific things (people, pets, items, moments, memories, etc) I’m grateful for each day. Just remember that you’re so amazing, loved, and blessed (never forget that!) no matter how much it doesn’t feel like it. Sending you so much love and prayers from afar! 🫶

@ASingleBlueRose That’s a really tough place to be in. It’s hard when your mind feels like it’s working against you, but that doesn’t mean you’re stuck there forever. You’ve made it this far, and that shows strength even if it doesn’t always feel like it.
