Lonely

My partner lives 8.500km away from me and I recently got back home from visiting my partner. We lived 1,5 year together in my country (Belgium) but there was a emergency for her to go back to America so I went with her for 3 months. Now I’m back home and I’m falling apart without her. No medication is helping me, talking doesn’t help. Only want to be back w my partner.
