Hello everyone, For the past four months I’ve been going through a difficult phase trying to move on from things in my life. During this time I’ve been struggling with a lot of depression, low self-esteem, and sometimes even thoughts of harming myself. I often wonder what comes next and how I can overcome this situation. I really want to become mentally stronger, but the feelings still come back sometimes and some days it’s very hard just to get through the day. It has started affecting both my mental and physical health, and I feel lost about how to move forward. If anyone has gone through something similar or has advice on how to cope and heal, I would really appreciate your support and guidance.

Welcome 🤗 🩷
It's difficult to feel this way.
But I'm glad you could come here and open up, and share.
That's the hardest part.
It's important to have daily, coping mechanisms in place to allow one to feel less overwhelmed and more happy in themselves.
And it's not a weakness to ask for help if you feel you need to 🩷🤗

I’m really sorry you’re going through this—it sounds incredibly heavy, and it makes sense that you’re feeling lost right now. The fact that you’ve shared this and want to become mentally stronger already says a lot about your resilience.
You’re not alone in feeling this way, even if it feels isolating. Try to take things one day at a time—on harder days, just getting through is enough. Be a little kinder to yourself, and don’t underestimate small things like a short walk, a routine, or talking to someone you trust.
Also, if those thoughts of harming yourself come up, please don’t handle them alone—reaching out to a friend, family member, or a professional can really help in those moments.
Healing takes time, and difficult days don’t mean you’re failing. You’re still moving forward, even if it doesn’t feel like it.
Hello, I’m so sorry you are going through this.
No one deserves to feel so low especially all by themselves. For the last five years I have gone on my own journey after meeting someone who was quite mean and abusive towards to me. Now on a daily basis I meditate to hypnotherapy, journalling, light candles c listen to sound healing frequencies and also try swimming spa/sauna. Having a dog and going for daily walks also helps. Wishing you all the very best and sending you lots of love as you ride through this tough wave. Take care xx
