Self-Esteem Struggles

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to share a bit about my personal journey with self-esteem issues. It all started around 11 years ago when I stumbled upon some photos of myself and absolutely hated what I saw. It got to a point where I wouldn't even wear my glasses because I felt so ugly.

I found myself having some dark thoughts, like wanting to shoot or rip off my own face. Nights were tough, filled with tears, and I ended up isolating myself from peers because I thought I was stupid and talentless. I even believed that everyone would prefer me dead.

Over time, things did get better, but the struggle still lingers from time to time. It's been a journey of ups and downs. If anyone out there can relate or has advice to share, I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Thanks for reading.

Hey everyone, I would like to tell you about a book that I had been planning to read for a long time but always kept postponing. This time, I had a wonderful opportunity to read it, and I found great relief through it. This book helped me become more confident, and I started to love myself. The book "Love Yourself And It Doesn't Matter Who You Marry" is a guide to finding self-love and happiness. The main theme of the book is the importance of self-love and the impact it has on all aspects of life, including romantic relationships. Highly recommended.
