YOU MATTER
Some days, self-esteem feels steady, and other days it feels like it’s slipping through your fingers.
If today is one of those harder days, you’re not alone in it.
Low self-esteem doesn’t mean you are less valuable. It often comes from the weight of past experiences, harsh words you’ve heard, or moments where you felt unseen or not enough. But none of those moments get to define your worth.
You are not the voice that criticizes you in your mind. You are not your mistakes, your setbacks, or the times you doubted yourself. You are a person still learning, still growing, still becoming.
Try to be gentle with yourself today. Speak to yourself the way you would speak to someone you care about deeply.
Rest when you need to, take small steps instead of demanding perfection.
Healing your self-esteem is not about suddenly loving everything about yourself, it’s about slowly learning not to abandon yourself.
You are allowed to take up space, grow at your own pace, and believe, even if it’s just a little today, that you matter. 🤗❤️💪
