The thing that motivates me is to keep moving on without giving up no matter how hard it's. And the thing which unmotivates me is feeling bored and low

I am going to university since 2-3 days. It's really different from school. I am missing my school. So that's a challenge for me 😛
I do try to give my best and I try to be grateful for the things I have.

What motivates and demotivates your day today? What motivates me to get stuff done is by prompting myself with timers and not looking at what I have to accomplish during that time. What demotivates me is I feel like I can't accomplish everything during that spend of time.
-What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given? My mom told me that if I put my heart into what I want to strive towards. Don't give up.
-What is a challenge you're facing right now? One of the challenges that I am facing right now is that one of my friends that I have known for four years decided to block my phone number, and I don't know why.
-How do you turn challenging days into good days? I turn challenging days into good days by keeping myself busy and sleeping a lot.
