Hi. Today is two years self harm free. This week is a rough one so I'm trying to be aware of my triggers.

I am sorry to hear that this week is being rough though. Trying and being aware of our triggers is very important, and I am happy that you know this. You know, you really show lots of inner strenght. It was inspiring for me reading your post.
