When initially inserting the picture, on the image tab of image properties window underneath url and alternative text there are height and width boxes.
Next to the height box there is a padlock, make sure it's locked, this will maintain the ratios (stop your picture from looking weird) then you can adjust the height and width until it's a size that is manageable.

I am doing ok today. I visited the national craft and design centre and ate a large chocolate cake without worrying about it. Also saw some little ducklings by the river. They were so cute. Hope everyone else has had a good day and if not I send internet hugs. :)

Yes, and I am so proud of you for continuing to try as well! Perseverance and resilience are so important in life, to get through tough times and situations and not let it knock you down for too long. ❤️

We had breakfast together and hung out this afternoon. May not sound like much but she is with her dad this week so I'll take anytime I can get. Thanks for asking. When she is with me we like to play basketball, go fishing, swim, and just hang out. She is 11. I'm trying to spend as much time as I can with her before her friends are more important than me.

It sounds like it was really nice, and spending quality time with your daughter is always so important. Using the time you both have with each other to strengthen your bond together- I love it ❤️
And like Nightpool said, youll always be more important to your daughter than her friends. It may not feel like it, especially when the teen years hit for some people, but life always comes full circle. Youll be in her heart. xx

Aww, Im sorry to hear today hasnt been a good day :( the positivity is amazing though, and Im so proud of you too! However long you dont self-harm for is amazing, but also keep in mind that relapsing doesnt mean failure!
