First and foremost, I just wanted to give you a warm welcome to 7 Cups. I'm glad that you've joined our community! It definitely can be really confusing around here, it's quite easy to get lost, especially when surrounded by a bunch of people who know where to go and what they're doing here on this site!

I'm definitely no expert with this site, but I shall proceed to explain the site in as simple of a way as I possibly can:
7 Cups is composed of four main parts, the group support rooms, the support forums, the feed, and PMs (private/personal messages)
The group support rooms can be found here --> Group Support Chat These are rooms where both members and listeners can interact with each other as a group, making sure that they maintain a respectful and supportive atmosphere
The support forums, which also contain multiple topic based subcommunities, can be here and here. In the forums/subcommunities, you can find resources, as well as reach out for support, and join in on discussions on various topics. Additionally, you can join the various subcommunities that have topics that interest or are important to you!
The feed is simple, and is simply another way for users to spread awareness and for members to receive support. You can make a feed post here or check out the 7 Cups feed here!
Lastly, but certainly not the least, you can connect with listeners here on 7 Cups by various means. A listener is a user on 7 Cups who has received training in active listening and is there to support you- anything that you share with a listener will remain confidential, and they'll always give their best effort to help offer the best support they can. You can connect with a listener by either dropping in a General Request, which goes out to all listneers, or you can choose to browse listeners here!
