Hi there guys, 

Hope you all are having a decent day today and if not that you keep going, trying your best to take care of yourself and let others take care of you. I appreciate some who wanted to attend wanted to come but were not free <3 

On Veterans Day and Thanksgiving Day there will be another Self-Harm Recovery Sharing Circle on these times:

5:00 AM ET and 5:00PM ET
