It has been 4 years since I stopped hurting myself... I feel accomplished... however, there are still days when I'm a little low, but at least I no longer think of hurting myself...

4 years is huuugeee, I'm so glad you took time to acknowledge this accomplishment.
It's super okie to feel low, and have those hard to keep up with emotions and situations around us moments, you're allowed to feel. It's definitely a win when you've overcome your SH urges.
