8 weeks Free...then Relapsed
I just wanted to share that I got really far this time. I'm a little disappointed in myself for going back...but I still wanted to post this in case it gives someone else a little hope.

Eight weeks is an incredible accomplishment, and you should be so proud of getting that far! A relapse doesn't erase all the hard work and healing you achieved during that time. Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing your journey to give others hope. Please be gentle with yourself, as healing isn't linear, and you are doing so much better than you realize. @ambitiousVase8607 its okay. I made it 100 days and relapsed. Its not the end, its just a slip. You can keep recovering <3
