Do you just accept that you can't stop self harming ? For some people I think it's a necessity, for me it's a necessity , either I have attacks and I have to or I just plain deserve it .. I don't think I have it in my to care that I won't have any skin left .

@lowlife99 I feel like I relate to this somewhat, and all I can really do is offer you ears to listen to. But I promise you you'll feel much lighter when you share with others the pain you have in you, by letting them hear about them. I'm sending you a lot of love, let me know if you want to hear about my experience or need someone :]

Who wants to listen ? I've realized that it's better to think I am less than and that no one cares , I'm a bad person and everyone would be better off without me. It's the only way to get through life.

@lowlife99

hmmm that’s a really interesting perspective.  For me it was opposite.  I had to accept that I COULD stop with the right help and support.  I think perspective is so important.  For me accepting that I can’t stop is very negative.  And I had to turn it to a positive.  Even the thought of I can’t stop without help was negative for me.  I had to think about what I could do.
