Advice, please
I 14 Female, know that so many people are suffering, mentally and physically, mean while I’m in a nice home, and people who care about me but I feel like me living in a privilege might have white washed me, and I feel like my problems are nothing compared to what most people feel yet I still feel like I’m suffering and then I’m caught with the idea that there are people who actually like me and how would they feel? I don’t what toand apparently when people try to tell me what I’m good at the only thing they can say is writing, and even if creativity in the world is in the dumps if that’s all I can contribute I don’t know how I feel about that I don’t even write about positive things I write about. I’m not going to but I’m not gonna pretend like I haven’t thought of it. Does this make any sense?
Struggling with the pressure of feeling like your problems aren’t "valid" because of the circumstances you have, but the fact that you’re feeling this way is important. Just because others have different struggles doesn’t mean your own feelings should be dismissed. Everyone’s emotional pain is valid, no matter where it comes from. It’s understandable that you might feel lost about your creativity. Writing about dark things doesn’t make you any less of an artist. It’s just the way you're processing your thoughts. Creativity doesn’t have to be all light and positive. Sometimes the deepest thoughts, emotions, and experiences are expressed through darker themes,

I'm 16 f and I know exactly what you're talking about. it hurts when you feel so sad but you feel like you don't have any actual reason for it, and that makes you feel even worse because there are people who are genuinely struggilng and you feel like you don't have any real reason to be sad.
but everyone's pain is valid, it doesn't matter if you're not sure where its coming from 💗
