I can't belive it's the first time of me being clean for 3 weeks . These 3 weeks were not really that easily but I somehow survived . But lately I am again starting to feel really lonely , and anxious and I feel like self harm will make me feel better . But this time I don't wanna do it . I want someone to talk so that they make me feel a little relived .
Anyone?
