Feeling bad after relapsing
So, I've been clean for almost 8 years, but I unfortunately I relapsed I feel really bad, plus I'm left with a very ugly scar, I can't seem to forgive myself, now I can't even look at my wrist, and how ugly it looks...

Its important to remember you didn't sh for eight years, yes, you relapsed and that's difficult, but you can get through this again, you cannot hurt yourself any further by punishing yourself or feeling guilty 💕💜 Sending you my love 💕

I don't really know what to say. Everything I try to type seems callused. so instead I will just remind you that you are loved. No matter how you look or feel, their are people on here who will and do love you but mostly importantly God loves you.
