First time in a while
So a few days ago I relapsed for the first time in a while. I sh and I feel like such a failure because I haven’t done it in months. I just don’t know what to do to move on from it. My mental health hasn’t been great and I just spiral. But now with the relapse, it’s even harder to move on. I don’t know what to do.

I’m really sorry you’re feeling this way. Relapsing after months of progress can feel like a huge setback, but I want to remind you—this doesn’t make you any less. Recovery isn’t a straight path, and slipping up doesn’t erase all the strength and resilience you’ve already shown. Given everything you’re going through, including the deep grief you’ve been navigating, it makes sense that your mental health has been struggling. ❤️
You’ve been carrying so much, and I hear how this relapse has made things feel even heavier. But you’re still the same person who worked hard to make progress before, and that strength is still in you. What helped you last time when things got tough? Were there certain coping strategies, people, or moments that helped you push through? Maybe revisiting some of those could help guide you forward now.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. I’m here, and I believe in your ability to move through this, even if it feels impossible right now. ❤️
