How am I supposed to tell my family

They literally don’t notice me sometimes and I feel like this would make them pay attention but then they might feel bad and I don’t want that. I wanna tell them but I can’t just tell them and walk away.

But you shouldn't what you did was a coping method, hopefully by talking it through with them, you can break down any barriers and perhaps get the support you need and deserve ❤ good luck sweetie we are all here for you ❤
