I can't do this anymore everyday I have to look at these stupid scars on my stupid ugly body and I hate it I despise looking myself in a mirror I can't do it anymore every time I see this scars it's just more remainders that I'm making me uglier than I already was and that I'm hopeless at stopping I'm currently having a panic attack I'm sobbing and I hate crying 😭😭

I'm sorry to hear how upset you are..

All these scars you have are now a part of you and your lovely.. I hope you can accept yourself one day and move on to greater things..but your feelings are valid. 🌲
