I have to self harm in secret cuz my hubby will just yell at me and call me *** idiot and tell me how stupid my generation is. Just stands their point his finger in my face yelling for hours ....

I am so sorry to hear that. Self harm is a coping mechanism and sometimes the only thing keeping your head above the water. You shouldn't have to hide it or be ashamed, we all have our own struggles. I can only imagine how difficult it is to go through that alone. We're so here for you 💗
