Hey I'm 16,(female) I deal with depression anxiety, and been really heavy on self harm thoughts. I have a Theripst but, It doesn't really help, I feel ashamed to even spit a word out. Anyway I'm just looking for people, I guess. -I'll be stressing over my school work in my room if anyone reaches out(lol)

im so glad that you have reached out for support here on 7 cups. There are a lot of options for support here: chatting with a listener, forums, and chat rooms. You certainly are not alone in your challenges.
