Pls giv advice
Im 14 yrs old, last year in 8th grade i started self harm during exams, ever since then i cudent stop. And then i met noah, he was going through the exact same things and was my best frnd for a day but then we started dating. We made a promise to not hurt ourselves anymore<3 but then my mom and brother found out abt him, he was online so they forced me to block him and so i had no choice but to do tht :(, we were both sucidal and dipressed and compleatly addicted to self harm. The promise we made kinda broke tht day as well... the self harm increased so much until my hands were acting like they had brains of their own... it was terrifying to hav nobody to talk to when stuff was getting worse so i js made playlists of our fav songs and then named them "nxn43v3r" meaning N x N forever and listened to them all day until even tht didnt help. Then i started seeing him sucide in my dreams and hallucinating his dead body in my house which i cud hug for comfort and talk to whenever i wished even tho i knew he wasnt listening. Now im so FIng dipressed idk wht to do anymore. Somebody pls help, its 9th grade nd i need to focus on studies as well so i need to get my heath better as soon as possible !!
i would really suggest talking to your mom. i know it sounds like a terrifying idea, but i was once in a similar situation at a similar age (im 17 now and in recovery), and outside resources could be really helpful for you. if you don’t want to talk to your mom, talk to your counselor at school, or look at 988 or teen crisis line.

I will try talking to my school councellor abt this but she wud judge me for dating at 14 :< idrc but i js cant take judgement anymore bcz he helped me when i was going through a hard time and she wud think i js did it fir fun :( i will still giv it a shot tho !!
