Possible trigger(not really sure) Help!
Help! Just told my friend over a message that I self harm and I'm freaking out they haven't messaged back. WHAT DO I DO?
I am so scared right now.

It went when they were supportive and happy that i reached out and they wanted me to contact them is if i need help or need a distraction. They also told me some more safe ways to self harm if i am really desperate (already knew them but was glad they at least tried to help) I also told them some of the ways i self harm and when i may actually self harming so they can check in and make sure every thing was ok.
