(Trigger) relapse

After 2 days clean, I relapsed. The stress of of school got to me and I crumbled. Feel terrible.

I know it's very difficult, but I also want you to know that just because you relapsed one time doesn't mean you have to stay active with your self harm. You can still be in recovery!
