Your valid- Bunny- Self harm

You can call me Bunny/Violet.

So I know right now is probably tough and its all going wrong and you just feel the urge to self harm. It just feels like *** and I completely understand. Your feelings are so valid. You are so important and brave to be getting through this. Never give up. It hurts and its so tough right now..... but have you ever heard of the quote:

“You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think. But the most important thing is, even if we're apart… I'll always be with you.”

You see..... No one is perfect. But your beautiful just the way you are. And I know you will probably not believe me.... But this time will pass and when it does pass we will look back together and see how strong we really were . How we can get through this together. I know the urges can get strong and we just want to cut or self harm and we feel worthless at times. But your worth is not defined by anyone else's words or actions, your worth is not defined by your body and how beautiful you think you are because you are beautiful. Your worth is not defined by societies standards. You are you and I am so proud of you for coming this far. You did it. My words sound empty at times, but you are truly valuable to the world. You are born for a reason . You are born to experience life. And hurting yourself is not the answer. I promise.
