i'm 3 days away from being a year clean and i can't stop thinking about how i shouldn't be clean anymore. i don't feel like i deserve to be clean anymore because of many reasons that i can't fully describe at the moment.

Everyone deserves balance and to not hurt themselves. You've come such a long way, please don't give up. You are worthy of love, especially from yourself. One of the things that helps me when I want to treat myself badly is to do something kind for myself. For example showering and using body polish of lotion, so I am nourishing and caring for my skin rather than tearing it apart.
