i hadn’t sh’ed in a month or so and i just did it. i feel like it’s beyond me and like it’s never going to go away. i’m too embarrassed to tell anyone in my life about it, but i realise that i need help. it’s getting difficult.
@adorablebones Hi, nice to meet you^^
I can see that you feel very bad about what happend. I can understand. I'm so sorry for what you are going through. You are so strong holding on and keep trying. I'm so so proud of you!
*sends hugs, if okay*🫂 🫂
One month without doing any harm to yourself is a long time. I'm proud that you have hold out so long. There's absolutely no reason to feel dissapointed of yourself. You've shown incredible strenght.
Also no need to be embarassed, you're on a journey of healing and there are steps back sometimes, which is normal and nothing to be ashamed of. You are still on that path and you're moving into the right direction, even if it might not feel like it. I can see you doing your best and that's completely enough.If you want to talk about it and get your worries of your chest, you can always reach out to me or any other listener. We are here to provide an open ear to you. You're feelings matter and are valuable. Please remember, how stong you are and that you are amazing. I might not know you, but you are beautiful in your own unique way and that's wonderful.
Please take good care of yourself! I believe in you, you are strong and beautiful! 😘

Hey, friend. Dropping in to give you a hug.
Thank you for reaching out to our community. It takes a great deal of courage to open up.
Would you like to tell me more?
@Apeatrice thank you so much! i’m not sure i’m ready to discuss what led up to this yet, but i still appreciate your consideration 💗 hope you’re doing well!!

Ok. I'm right here if you ever needs me
@adorablebones
SH is really hard to overcome and the fact that you were able to go a month without it is wonderful progress. The first step in getting better is acknowledging that you need help because you can’t heal what you don’t acknowledge.
whats One thing you can do instead of SH next time the urges come up?
